01 — Context

What was
the brief?

YCS was the largest project I worked on during my internship. The platform aims to guide homeowners through the complete process of selling a property independently through one central digital experience.

Rather than designing a single website, the project involved creating an ecosystem of connected tools, services and workflows that support users from onboarding to the final sale of their property.

Because the concept is still confidential, some details are intentionally limited. The focus of this case study is on the UX process, user flows, dashboard structure and interaction design.

02 — Challenge

Problem

The biggest challenge was translating a complex and often overwhelming property-selling process into a clear digital experience.

Users interact with certifications, appointments, property data, documents, photography services and publication workflows. All of these steps needed to feel approachable, guided and easy to understand.

03 — Solution

My solution

I mapped user journeys, analysed existing flows and created multiple design iterations based on research, testing and feedback.

The result was a structured dashboard experience supported by clear workflows, reusable components, progress states and advanced interactive prototypes.
